Shipping & returns

For each order placed by the customer we chose the best shipping method that has both value and speedy delivery.

At present we ship using Fedex ground, UPS ground and LTL on heavy items.

If a customer is not satisifed with the purchase he/she has to initiate a return either through mail or phone within 2 weeks after the product is delivered.

Any damaged or defective product should be brought to our notice immediately for a refund or a replacement after sufficient proof is provided on the damage.

The customer is liable for the return shipping charges along with 20% restockig fee on all returns except damaged/defective products.

No returns are accepted after 30 days of product delivered and are only subjected to manufacturer warranties if any.
